Talking to someone and asking for advice is better than keeping thoughts to yourself. We are social creatures, so we need to socialize. Being isolated for too long can make you feel unhappy and lonely. Whether it’s a friend or a family member, talking to someone can uplift the mood and make you happier. Whatever you may be struggling with, discussing them with someone can help eliminate negative thoughts.

5. Doing Arts and Crafts
